Welcome to Bloom Bar Collective

Hey, y’all! Welcome to the official blog for all things Bloom Bar. For those of you that I know, hiiieeeee!!!!! How have you been? I’ve been working hard on getting the businesses up and running and we have officially launched. Thank you for your support and patience. For those of you new to me and my space, hiiiieeeeee!!!! Thank you so much for visiting my page and getting to know me. I’m Rori, and I am the owner and founder of Bloom Bar Garnish Company. It’s a plant-based product line of syrups, herbal teas and tisanes, and spice blends for drinks of all kinds-mocktails and cocktails, hot or cold. I also run Bloom Bar Beverage Service, which focuses on bartender staffing and consulting for private events; both personal and corporate. Building both at the same time has been pretty intense, but things are moving along smoothly, even if at a pace different than originally anticipated. Now we’re here, and it’s time to put the Bloom Bar brand out into the world and start living the dream. That’s where this here blog comes in.

Full disclosure: I started this blog/newsletter because I truly need a means of organizing and scheduling content production for my websites and social media platforms. Daily posting has NEVER been a strong suit of mine, especially regarding original content. I just don’t care that much. I’m good for sharing other peoples’ pictures, memes and videos throughout the day in my stories, but all the time spent snapping and filming, filtering and editing, then writing out captions, hashtags, and tagging, and, blah, blah, blah…... It’s just not for me. I’ll start to post something, but about 3 minutes into that tedious process I find myself saying out loud: “This is taking too long, why am I doing this? Who even cares?” I’m over it as soon as I start, so I stop. BUT...now that I’m running a couple of businesses and working for a non-profit that I love, I actually have products, ideas and events that I want to create and share for a multitude of reasons. Hopefully you find the information I post here worth the time spent taking it in. If not, oh well. What are ya gonna do? I guess keep it moving and not come back next week. No hard feelings, live your life. This blog is basically my work week in journal entry form, so it won’t matter much to some people. Totally fine with that. I don’t need to hear about it, but I'm fine with it. So with that said, feel free to join along for these weekly topics of interest (to me).
